About this Cocktail

Type: Martini Cocktails

A classic cocktail adapted from Victor Bergeron’s ‘Trader Vic’s Bartender’s Guide’ (1972). This cocktail certainly contains lots of alcohol, but the lime juice, sugar syrup and water help to balance out the ingredients.

As Vic wrote in his book, "You know that adios means good-bye. You drink 2 or 3 of these, and it’s adios, believe me, it’s adios.
