Aged Honey Daiquiri

About this Cocktail

Type: Martini Cocktails

Delicious mix of honey, rum and fresh lime juice. Replacing sugar syrup with honey produces a very pleasing Daiquiri cocktail that will leave you wanting more.

Try different types of runny honey to pick your favourite. For example, you could try orange blossom honey to add more hints of citrus.

The similar Honey Daiquiri cocktail is made with light white rum instead of aged rum.

I have nothing but good things to say about this cocktail. One of the true great Daiquiris, often overlooked. I order one of these whenever I feel like a special treat.

This is one of the most moreish cocktails I know! In my view honey beats sugar syrup hands down. Has anyone tried it with heather honey?
