Type: Tropical Drinks & Punches

Tropical cocktail with creamy coconut and banana, laced with rum and with a hint of cocoa. It was discovered in 1998 by Tony Abou-Ganim in Las Vegas, USA.

Reminiscent of an alcoholic banana and coconut milkshake.

How to Make it

Ingredients

1 shot Rum (Golden)

3/4 shot Crème de Banane

3/4 shot Crème de Cacao (White)

1 shot Cream of Coconut

1 shot Double Cream

1 shot Milk

1 whole Banana

Garnishes

Float Coconut Strips

Choice of Cocktail Glass

Goblet Glass

Detailed Method

Make sure to use ripe banana for this drink. It can either be served in a Goblet glass, or better still a coconut shell if you have one to hand.

Blend all 7 ingredients with 10-12oz of crushed ice. Pour into a Goblet glass.

Float toasted coconut strips on top of the drink to garnish and serve with straws.
