About this Cocktail

Type: Tall Cocktails

This tall cocktail looks very much like a Mojito thanks to combination of mint leaves, lime juice and rum. The hazelnut liqueur gives it a nutty flavour that combines well with the other ingredients.

It was created by Adam Wyartt in 2002 in London, UK.

Contributor: Book of Cocktails

How to Make it

Ingredients

10 leaves Mint

2 shots Rum (White)

2 shots Hazelnut Liqueur

1 shot Lime Juice

1/2 shot Sugar Syrup

Garnishes

Choice of Cocktail Glass

Detailed Method

Muddle the fresh mint leaves in the base of the Collins glass. This should be done lightly to simply bruise the leaves. If you like your cocktails minty, you can add a couple more leaves.

Add the other ingredients, before filling the glass with crushed ice. Churn using a bar spoon to mix everything together and serve.
