A great winter warmer. This hot milk cocktail is laced with rum and apple brandy and sweetened with maple syrup.

It was discovered by Charles Schumann in 1986 in Munich, Germany.

How to Make it

Ingredients

1 1/2 shot Rum (Gosling's Black Seal)

3/4 shot Calvados

5 shots Milk

1 spoonful Maple Syrup

Garnishes

Dust with Nutmeg

Choice of Cocktail Glass

Detailed Method

Pour the rum, apple brandy and hot milk into a Toddy glass.

Add a spoonful of maple syrup to sweeten. Stir until the syrup has dissolved completely.

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg to garnish and serve.
