Contributor: Book of Cocktails How to Make itIngredients5 dried Cloves (Whole) 1 pinch Nutmeg 1 pinch Cinnamon 1 1/2 shot Port 1 1/2 shot Wine (Red) 1/4 shot Grand Marnier 1/2 shot Lemon Juice Top up with Mineral Water (Boiling) Garnishes1 stick Cinnamon Choice of Cocktail GlassDetailed MethodFirst muddle the cloves in the base of the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the boiling water. Stir for a few seconds and fine strain into a warm Toddy glass. Top up with boiling water and stir again lightly.
